Wedding/Reception

Venue is yours for the entire day. Packages priced from:

  • Saturday.......$2,500
  • Friday...........$2,000
  • Sunday.........$2,000

Sunday - Non Wedding Event Rates

  • Sunday rentals allow for day of set up only
  • Rental Includes tables, linens, runners and basic table decor
  • 4 Hours (not including set up and tear down) $500.00
  • If additional hours requested-hourly rate applies. $50.00
  • Set up, trash and basic tear down is not included

Bridal & Groom Suites

We offer a luxurious bridal and grooms' suite for the day. The beautiful and spacious suites, with private bathroom, are perfect for any size bridal party. Come in, relax and spend the day being pampered in our hair and makeup area. The antique furniture and design makes great backdrops for photos.

Wedding Only

  • Friday & Sunday Only.......$500 and up

Rentals and Service Fees

  • Chair sash........$25 cents (per chair)
  • Centerpiece Design and Set up (per table)......$2 - $10 plus cost of flowers
  • Custom Wedding Design and Set up....... $250 and up

Alcoholic Beverages

  • You can bring your own alcohol for an additional fee of $250 PLUS 18% GRATUITY for a licensed and insured bartender that we will provide. Cash Bar option available and priced on request. We also offer bar packages for less stress!

Other Events

***Saturdays are reserved for wedding/reception packages only or for a comparably priced event. Call to inquire about pricing.

Catering

You are free to choose the caterer of your choice. ALL WEDDINGS MUST BE FULLY CATERED INCLUDING CAKE CUTTING - NO EXCEPTIONS. IF FULL CATERING IS NOT PROVIDED A $250 FEE PLUS 18% GRATUITY WILL BE ADDED TO YOUR INVOICE.

SUNDAY EVENTS (NOT INCLUDING WEDDINGS) DO NOT NEED FULL CATERING.
