Acquaint Gathering wants to be Your Simply Vintage Venue. It is our mission to share this beautiful space with as many people as possible. What’s most important to you in an event venue? Most brides and party hosts tell us their top three considerations are affordability, visual appeal and location. With our all inclusive packages, vintage backdrop and right off major highways, we have what you are looking for.

Saturday Wedding & Reception Packages start at $3100 - Outdoor packages start at $3500

Friday and Sunday Wedding & Reception Packages start at $2600 - 8 hour rental

All wedding and reception packages include

  • 9am to Midnight rental
  • Pick-your-own Catering & BYOB with Bartender provided
  • Tables, linens, chairs and foundation centerpieces
  • Bridal Suite and Groom’s Quarters with Private Bathroom
  • Complete set up and clean up
Non wedding events $500
  • Six-hour rental time including set up
  • 9 Tables, linens and chairs set up
  • Additional time is $25 hour can be added day of
  • Centerpieces and special setup are additional charge
  • DIY packages starting at $350 (tables,chairs and linens only)

Catering

For weddings, you may choose your own catering company; however, they must be full service, licensed and insured. If catering is not full service you will be charged a $400 service & clean up fee (tip included) due 21 days before wedding date. Kitchen is for prep only and has fridge/freezer for use. Venue does not provide cutlery, plates, serving utensils or cups for event.

Alcohol

You may bring your own alcohol and Venue will provide a bartender, ice & cups. Client is responsible for any additional bar items needed for service. You may choose 2 types of beers and 3 types of wine. Additional offers are $25 per additional type of beer/wine. Bartender has a $50 gratuity due on day of event. Guests are not allowed to consume their own alcohol on Premises. Additional bartender required for parties over 100. Additional fees apply for hard liquor.

Rental Deposit for Weddings

All deposits/monies collected are NON REFUNDABLE. A deposit of $1000 is due upon signing agreement. Payments are due 90 days prior to wedding date. Final payment due 30 days prior to wedding date. Any tips, damage deposit and server fees are due day of event.

Damage/Clean up Deposit - A $500 deposit is due on the day of event in the form of credit card or cash. Money will be returned at end of event less any damage or clean up fees.
