You may choose your own catering company however, they do need to be licensed and insured. You are required to get your catering information to me no less than 30 days in advance to coordinate.

All catering must be fully staffed for the event. If catering does not include set up, serving and clean up staff, a $300 service fee (PLUS 20% gratuity) will be added and payable no later than 7 days before the event.

Bartender Pricing $200 and up (includes gratuity guarantee of 20%) – All evening wedding events were alcohol is served are required to have a bartender. Bartender packages include 4 hours, ice, cups and set up. Extra time can be added on day of event.

With our 1889 church venue setting and indoor/outdoor wedding and reception space, Acquaint Gathering offers several options for your special day. Whether you are dreaming of a vintage style wedding, an indoor classic chic affair, romantic outdoor wedding or any combination, Acquaint Gathering has what you are looking for. We can’t wait to help you plan your special day!!

All wedding packages include an onsite wedding coordinator for your entire event. Coordinator will attend rehearsal and meet with photographers and DJ’s prior to all events.

Acquaint Gathering can accommodate parties from 25 to 150 in our chapel and outdoor space. We have a beautiful wisteria covered pergola for stunning outdoor ceremonies and receptions. Your guest will be amazed by the quiet location and vintage setting. The Venue can go from Rustic to Boho to Elegant depending on the table décor you choose.
