Catering

We want you to enjoy your day and eat what you love! For all weddings you may choose your own catering company however, they do need to be licensed and insured. All catering must be fully staffed for the event and there is NO COOKING AT THE VENUE. If catering does not include set up, serving and clean up staff, a $300 service fee (plus 18% gratuity) will be added and payable no later than 7 days before the event. You are required to get your catering information to me no less than 10 days in advance to coordinate.

Payment Details

$1000 deposit is required to hold the event space. Base price balance is due 60 days prior to event. These payments will be applied to the balance and are non-refundable.

Final Payment, headcount and all additional vendors (catering, cake, dj) are due 10 days prior to event.

Additional items will be payable on day of event and prices are subject to change.

With our 1889 church venue setting and indoor/outdoor wedding and reception space, Acquaint Gathering offers several options for your special day. Whether you are dreaming of a vintage style wedding, an indoor classic chic affair, romantic outdoor wedding or any combination, Acquaint Gathering has what you are looking for. We can’t wait to help you plan your special day!!

All wedding packages include an onsite wedding coordinator for your entire event. Coordinator will attend rehearsal and meet with catering, photographers and DJ’s prior to all events.

Acquaint Gathering can accommodate parties from 25 to 125 in our chapel and up to 175 with our outdoor space. We have a beautiful wisteria covered pergola for stunning outdoor ceremonies and receptions. Your guest will be amazed by the quiet location and vintage setting. The Venue can go from Rustic to Boho to Elegant depending on the table decor you choose. Relax and know that ceremony, tables and chairs are all set up and designed for your special day.
