Acquaint Gathering wants to be Your Simply Vintage Venue. It is our mission to share this beautiful space with as many people as possible. What’s most important to you in an event venue? Most brides and party hosts tell us their top three considerations are affordability, visual appeal and location. With our all inclusive packages, vintage backdrop and right off major highways, we have what you are looking for.

Saturday Weddings

All wedding and reception packages include:

  • Open Catering
  • BYOB with bartender service included
  • Tables, linens, chairs and centerpieces
  • Bridal Suite and Groom’s Quarters with Private Bathroom
  • Complete set up and clean up
  • Tables, Buffet, Cake, Guestbook/Gift and Sweetheart Tables
  • 6 high-top Cocktail Tables
  • Dedicated Event Coordinator
  • Starting at $2900 with bartender & 10 am to Midnight venue access

Friday and Sunday Weddings

  • Starting at $2500 with bartender 8 hour venue access
Non wedding events $500
  • Six-hour rental time including set up
  • 9 Tables, linens and chairs set up
  • Additional time is $25 hour can be added day of
  • Centerpieces and special setup are additional charge
  • DIY packages starting at $350 (tables,chairs and linens only)


All Events must be FULLY catered. That includes food delivery, set up, buffet attendance and clean up. If Catering does not include this, Venue will charge a $250 severing fee (plus 18% gratuity) Client must provide Venue with catering information to confirm delivery time and services no less than ten (10) days prior to Event. Venue does not cut any tiered cake. Client is responsible for providing cake cutting. There is a $50 service fee for cake cutting due day of Event if provided by Venue. Venue is not responsible for cake toppers or cake tops.


You may bring your own alcohol and Venue will provide a bartender. Bartender has a $45 gratuity due on day of event. If tips are allowed, bartender will charge back any gratuity less than $45. The difference is to be paid by the client. Guests are not allowed to consume their own alcohol on Premises. Venue reserves the right to not serve anyone who appears intoxicated. Venue reserves the right to remove any person who appears intoxicated, belligerent or destroys property.

Damage/Clean up Deposit - A $250 deposit is due on the day of event in the form of credit card. Money will be returned at end of event less any damage or clean up fees.

Rental Deposit

All deposits/monies collected are NON REFUNDABLE. A deposit of $1000 of the attached quote is due upon signing agreement. In signing this Rental Agreement and paying the deposit, Acquaint Gathering will hold the above noted event date. Payments are due 90 days prior to wedding date. Final payment due 30 days prior to wedding date. Any tips, damage deposit and server fees are due day of event.

Smoking is allowed outside the Venue. Please do not consume alcohol in parking lot. Alcohol can be consumed in back yard of venue. No unaccompanied children are allowed in kitchen area or upstairs during the event. Kitchen is limited to staff only during event. Acquaint Gathering is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Venue has onsite parking with a large grass lot next door for guest parking. Additional parking is available on street.
